Planet Yoga is a component of Ayurvedic astrology. It is deeply rooted in ancient Hindu medicinal practices and is used to predict and prevent unnecessary diseases/medical conditions. Planet Yoga leverages information from the Grahas (planets), Nakshatras (stars) and Dasha's (planetary locations/orientations).
Our organs are influenced by planetary movements and diseases can arise due to negative planetary influences. Planet Yoga raises our awareness; with it, we communicate and align with planets through color, food, gemstones, mantra's, pranayam and yogic therapies.
Dr. Vanaja Reddy, ( Amma) is an experienced advanced yoga master (Yogini) and has shared her practice of awakening of the self with thousands of people globally. In this 12 day introductory course, you will learn all of the elements to build a strong, synergic foundation--aligning body, soul and planets.
Your path to teaching Planet Yoga begins with a solid personal practice. You will enhance your practice with Ayurvedic astrology by coordinating each day of the week with mudras, pranayama, yoga, colors and food.
Beginning on the path of teaching starts with a personal practice. In this introductory level teacher training you will learn how to teach Planet Yoga. Building a strong foundation of personal practice and inner strength, while exploring the richness of relation between mind, body, soul and planets. Through classes and guided practice, you will begin the study on the "awakening of the self". Only second time taught in the USA.

Dr. Vanaja Reddy's organization, Amma Vodi, is committed to helping those in need within her wide spiritual family and community. She tirelessly directs her efforts to assist the Sadakas in India to provide for their basic living and medical needs, as well as raise money to fund repairs of important temples throughout India. All funds received from her U.S. programs go directly towards these efforts. She is also part of Yoga Alliance and has 200 hour teacher training certification and can give CEU's.
**Yogini will return to the USA in May of 2017 and you can get pracital in person private healing with her and group workshops to be announced.
