ECU brings Pirate Promise to ECC
ECU Admissions
East Carolina University admissions staff members were on hand Wednesday to introduce Edgecombe Community College students to the Pirate Promise, a new partnership that provides a seamless transition for ECC College Transfer students to the university. The program enables students, while enrolled at ECC, to benefit from a variety of ECU services prior to transferring. Golfers support student scholarships

Thirty-three teams participated in the ECC Foundation's 33rd Annual Golf Tournament, held Tuesday at Maccripine Country Club. This tournament is a major fundraiser for the Foundation and supports student scholarships. Week of Service kicks off Monday
Hurricane Florence

Next week is ECC Week of Service. Please consider making donations in support of Hurricane Florence disaster relief efforts. Needed items include bottled water, canned food, and cleaning supplies. Items collected will be donated on behalf of ECC to Southeastern Community College and other impacted NC community colleges. The Tarboro campus collection site is the back of Building E - Havens. The Rocky Mount campus collection site is the maintenance area. In addition, charitable donations may be made to the North Carolina Community Colleges Foundation's Disaster Relief Fund.
