LAY EQUALIZATION ONLINE
How many Lay Members should your church elect? (new)

SCHEDULE OVERVIEW UPDATE
An updated Schedule Overview is available (new)

FAQ: LAY MEMBERS VERSUS ALTERNATE LAY MEMBERS
Are you expected to vote in plenary? (new)

If you were elected by your church charge conference as an alternate to a Lay Member, but are now attending in place of a Lay Member, register as a Lay Member from your local church so that you receive a gold 'voting' badge when you check-in at registration in June.

If you were elected by your church charge conference as an alternate to a Lay Member and are now attending with your Lay Member (so that you can temporarily take her place during plenary if needed), register as an Alternate Lay Member from your local church. You will receive a white 'non-voting' badge. If the Lay Member must excuse herself temporarily or leave the Session, she can give you her gold 'voting' badge while she is absent from the floor.

If you think you registered as an alternate and should be registered as a voting Member, please contact the Registrar Jennifer at 626-755-5751 or jgaylord@cal-pac.org to correct your registration.

FAQ: CHILDREN/YOUTH FORMS
Are you bringing a minor (child or youth) to Annual Conference? A liability release form is required by the University and Conference. (new)
If you are bringing or sending a minor to Annual Conference, you must file a completed liability release form with the Registrar before you (as parent) and your child can finalize your registration or participate in conference activities.

Release forms are required by the University and by the conference's insurance provider.

These forms can be found on the conference website, along with additional instructions and information:

REGISTRATION IS OPEN
Please register as early as possible. You must register before you pay. Complete one registration per person in your group.

For online payments after you register, go to http://www.cal-pac.org/onlinepayments and make one payment for all the individuals in your group.

Late fees apply after May 24.

For registration by phone or for questions, call the Registrar Jennifer Gaylord at 626-755-5751.
CLERGY EXCUSALS
Clergy Members unable to attend must still report to the Conference Secretary.
Any Clergy Member who cannot attend the 2013 Annual Conference Session should report to the Conference Secretary by letter or e-mail, stating the reason for the absence. Email the Conference Secretary at  secretary@cal-pac.org.
PLAN A DONATION
You can make a difference in the mission and ministry of the Annual Conference

You can be of particular help in supporting Cal-Pac's mission and ministry by offering a financial contribution toward the cost of our sessions in Redlands.

While we work to keep registration costs at a minimum so all can participate, each year the conference incurs increasing expenses for air conditioning, child care, modern technology, airline expenses, and more. These expenses are typically covered by reallocating budgeted amounts from other crucial ministry areas in our conference. Any gift allows apportioned funds to be remain directed to crucial ministry areas.

We suggest a gift of $100 per Lay and active Clergy Member, but any amount members and guests can contribute is appreciated.
