Reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass,  and gain strength through proper nutrition combined with 3 hours per week of kettlebell training.

 Why Train with Kettlebells?
Kettlebells were developed in Russia in the 1700's, used for training the Soviet Army. They were introduced in the mid 1900's in the United States
  • No single tool delivers extreme all around fitness better.
  • It replaces barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and other cardio equipment.

Methods To  Guarantee Ultimate Fat Loss and Strength Gain With Kettlebells
  1. Lift explosively (fast muscle twitch)
  2. Get rid of weak links (total body tension)
  3. Maximize efficiency / Manage fatigue ( 40 minutes at your own pace)
  4. Increase excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), 
    which means increases post workout caloric burn.  

Combining these methods you'll reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and gain strength. You will be trained by   Russian Kettlebell Certified instructors who have undergone some of the world's most rigorous courses with a combined total of over 25 years experience. New to Kettlebells?  
Have no fear.  
After completing the Kettlebell Basics Foundation class you will begin 3 weeks of  practice with intensive instructional cuing.  Once the Kettlebell Fat Loss and Strength Program begins, you will be supervised by our instructors during all classes. They will 
instruct, cue, and support you as needed. We're here to help you succeed!
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUSAFETY IS OUR TOP CONCERN AND WILL BE OF PRIMARY EMPHASIS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROGRAM!

 What does it take to succeed in this program: 
  • Attend all 9 instructional practice classes
  • Commit to all 16 weeks of training (Mon, Wed, Fri) 3 hours per week. Classes are Monday 6:30pm, Wednesday 6:30pm, and Friday 5:30pm
  • Stay actively involved in your program; nutrition classes, on line support and networking.
  • Schedule and keep all assessment appointments.
  • Openly communicate any and all concerns ie. food, exercises, physical constraints. We don't know if you don't tell us. Remember we want you to succeed and we're here to help.

Non-members pay an enrollment fee of $99.00, a monthly membership agreement,  and fee of $65.00 a month for four months

Members pay an enrollment fee of $49.00.

*If you are not able to attend one of the scheduled Kettlebell Basics classes,
a Kettlebell Basics training session can be arranged with one of our certified Kettlebell Instructors(for an additional fee). This must be completed  by January 16, 2017.

Kettlebell Instructional Practice begins Monday, Jan. 16, at 6:30pm.
These classes continue Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30pm and Fridays at 5:30pm through 
Friday Feb. 3.

Nutrition Classes: Must register for class
