Artists, Chris Nelson, Amy Johnquest, Christopher Willingham and Taiga Ermansons respond to the rich history, elaborate architecture and current condition of the Victory Theatre. These four artists embark on a unique opportunity to work in the soon to be renovated building, creating work for spaces that will never be the same again. Visitors can meet some of the artists and view the installation art.

The Holyoke Winter Carnival 2012 will feature more then 25 events in 15 different venues across the City of Holyoke catering to all ages and tastes: snowshoeing, hula hooping, snowman art exhibit, story reading, scavenger hunt, candlepin bowling, music, a hot chocolate social, Chili Cook-off, spaghetti dinner, ice hockey, cake decorating contest, a dog show, movie night, arts & crafts, family game night, and an all-out domino tournament. And the best news of all, more then 98% of the events are free!
