The intensity was incredible on opening night especially from the Brown’s Oil Service Late Models. Out of that day came first time division point leader Mike Riddle Jr, Figure 8 winner Austin Tunny, and oval victor Nick Moore. They are the aim of a cauldron of challengers. The heralded rookie class was strong too with Matt Smith’s fantastic Figure 8 runner-up result, Quentin White’s oval podium, and Jordan Hahn’s heat victory. There were lead changes, close finishes, plenty of passing, and even a crossover crash. That was just week one! Who knows what will happen at round two?
