#ACCgradingchallenge Day 9 of 10
How Our Bodies Change Our Minds
Time: 2 minutes
Amy Cuddy has an excellent TEDTalk discussing how the way we choose to position our bodies can impact the way we’re feeling about ourselves (confident, nervous, etc).

She shares that “Tiny tweaks can lead to big changes...Before you go into the next stressful evaluative situation, for two minutes, try doing this, in the elevator, in a bathroom stall, at your desk behind closed doors. That's what you want to do. Configure your brain to cope the best in that situation.”

As you near the end of this grading challenge, you might need a pick-me-up to help you cross the finish line, and that’s where power posing comes in. Power poses use specific body postures to change your hormone levels and make you feel more confident in social situations .

Try one today for two minutes - we highly recommend the “wonder woman” pose!
