Volunteer for Ironman
Join us for a fun day of cheering on world-class athletes at the Run Course Aid Station #5 of the Texas ironman on Saturday, April 28th in The Woodlands. If we fill all 3 shifts, the Ironman Foundation will donate $750 to Angel Reach (water and pizza will be provided for volunteers). We will have a surprise theme and fun music at our station! Your job would be to hand out water or Gatorade and food to athletes, keep area clean, and assist your captains in set up and take down. Please sign up for Run Course Aid #5 at the Ironman Volunteer Website:

Easter Egg-Stravaganza Easter Egg Hunt

Over 300 foster, kinship and adoption children attended an Easter Egg Hunt and party at Grace Crossing Church last Saturday. There were also 100 guardians and 40 volunteers present. There were games, an egg hunt, Easter baskets and a pizza lunch for all to enjoy. This event was made possible because TWUMC provided the Easter eggs and CPS provided the Easter baskets and food. Accolades also to ROTC from Humble for helping out.
Girls Night Out

For Girls' Night Out (GNO) everyone had fun at the Conroe Art League. In addition to the beautiful artwork, the group enjoyed dinner in their enchanting courtyard. Then all attendees took a walk to the local coffee and ice cream shop. We would like to give a special thanks to Lori Hofferber and Karen Blake from the Conroe Art League for hosting this special event.
Goodbye to Phyllis

Recently, Phyllis Guy-Bell announced her retirement from Angel Reach. The girls at Angels' Nest had a little goodbye party and gave her decorated pots with herbs they planted, as well as a straw hat to protect her from the sun when she is gardening.
Join Angel Reach enthusiasts for 10% donation night at The Texas Roadhouse in Conroe. Present this newsletter or a copy of the invitation and Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of your total food purchases to the fundraiser! Mark this date on your calendar: April 10th from 4PM to 10 PM at 2230 I-45 North. See you there!
