"Engage your bandhas..." We've all heard our teachers talk about bandhas but what are they, where are they and how do we use them? Harnessing the power of these energy locks will allow you to float and fly.
We'll start by looking at the theory of bandhas and prepare our bodies with some pranayama work. Francesca will then lead you through a fiery asana practice to feel and activate your bandhas before progressing into more challenging postures including crow, forearm stand and headstand. Soon you'll be lifting off weightlessly from the ground and beginning to fly!
