Developing Foreign Companies Step by Step!

El Dorado and Union County can step apart from the competition of thousands of communities across the country by offering peerless customer service and expertise to help foreign companies get established in the United States. We can establish strong relationships with foreign companies and earn their trust, so that when they are ready to expand in the vast United States' market, they feel comfortable and trust us to be the source to help them.

The first step is to work with trading companies that have a strong network of foreign business contacts. Traders have spent a lot of time going back and forth with their foreign partners and have developed a relationship of trust. These traders can open up doors to meet with these companies. This methodology saves time and money rather than trying to find "a needle in the haystack" by buying lists of companies looking to expand or going on your own to visit foreign investors. We don't necessarily understand the culture of the country, and may not know a "middle man" is needed initially to help make introductions and help establish the relationship.

The second step is to help the foreign companies establish local roots and bank accounts, so they can open warehouses and distribution centers. Foreign companies need a United States partner or location as a beachhead for sales and service. The company needs to be able to quickly show samples of the product and be able to have product that can be shipped immediately upon an order being placed. Today's American customer does not want to wait for the good to be manufactured and then shipped 30-days overseas. Presently, we have an example in the attached pictures of a Chinese impregnated wood laminate flooring company that started shipping products to a warehouse in El Dorado. Their first shipments came in this week!

Our goal is to help foreign companies develop an American business network where they can quickly turn over their shipments to generate cash flow to strengthen the company, create local jobs, and convince the company to take that next step in building a manufacturing facility in

El Dorado and Union County.  If the company is successful with their warehousing in Union County, then they will be more compelled that this is an area for business and invest in a manufacturing plant.
