Morris N. Robinson, Esq., CPA, LL.M. is Managing Director of M. Robinson & Company, P.C. Morris brings over three decades of experience to the resolution of complex financial problems that lie at the intersection of taxes, law, finance, and business. Morris began his career as a tax accountant with the Boston office of Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche). He later became a tax accountant with the New York City office of BDO Seidman. Although he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, he has practiced law exclusively for over 20 years. For many years he served as President and managing director of the law firm Robinson, Davis & Rosenblum, P.C.


Richard E. Nicolazzo, founder and Managing
Partner of Nicolazzo & Associates, has extensive experience in strategic communications management and planning, merger and acquisition communications, issues management, litigation support, media relations and crisis communications. Clients include many leading regional, national and international corporations and organizations.



Samantha Halem practices law exclusively in the areas of employment
law and employment litigation. After receiving her A.B. from Stanford University, Ms. Halem earned her Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Ms. Halem has been recognized as a Massachusetts Rising Star by the publishers of Boston Magazine and Politics Magazine.

Valerie Samuels Valerie Samuels is a partner and co-chair in the Employment Law Group at Posternak Blankstein & Lund, LLP.

Valerie's employment law practice is comprehensive and involves representing Massachusetts and nationwide employers in all types of employment matters, including those involving discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, reductions in force, wage and hour, breach of contract and covenants not-to-compete. Valerie regularly counsels employers regarding comprehensive audits of personnel policies, harassment and discrimination awareness training, revisions to employee handbooks, drafting of employment agreements, non-competition covenants, the solicitation of clients and other employment issues.

Donna KillmonDonna Killmon is an associate in McLane's Tax Department and concentrates her practice in the areas of sophisticated tax planning and strategies, as well as federal and state tax controversies. She assists corporate and individual clients throughout Massachusetts and the New England region in structuring transactions in the most tax efficient manner possible and represents businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
