California FFA Conference & Career Show

Thank you for accepting our invitation to exhibit during the 2018 State FFA Leadership Conference, April 22-24, 2018 at the Anaheim Convention Center. 
 
Please be sure to review the Anaheim Exhibitor Specifications and Requirements document found under Quick Resources at https://www.calaged.org/conv-exhibitors . Exhibitors are responsible to ensure all aspects of their display meet the requirements. We are not responsible for any items that are disqualified from the show at check-in, based on not meeting the exhibitor requirements, outlined by the Anaheim Convention Center. 

We ask your display be completely set-up when the show opens at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 22, 2018. Booths or items that can be carried in, may come through the main doors of Hall A. Items that need to be driven in for unloading, must come through the loading dock on the backside of Hall A. Exhibitors are also responsible for removal of their exhibits by noon on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. See below for the complete show schedule.

All conference related materials will be picked up onsite this year. Upon arrival, please check-in at the “Exhibitor Information” table located inside Hall A, at the Anaheim Convention Center to receive the location of your display booth. Badges with your company/exhibitor name will be provided at check-in, and grant access to general sessions and related events.

Scholarship and Proficiency Judging

We invite you to participate as a member of our state awards judging panels that help select our state winners in several special award areas. We welcome and encourage this opportunity to interact with FFA members on an individual level. Below is the schedule for Monday, April 23:

  • 8:00 a.m. – Judges’ Reception and Orientation – Hall A, Anaheim Convention Center
  • 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Awards Judging
  • 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m. – Delegate Welcome & State Leadership Luncheon

Disney's California Adventure Private Event  

We are excited to announce that we have entered an agreement with Disney to provide an exclusive event at Disney’s California Adventure Theme Park. The Tuesday, April 24, evening schedule includes:

  • 4:00 p.m. Guests may begin entering Disney California Adventure
  • 9:00 p.m. Disney California Adventure closes. Only FFA guests with wristbands will be permitted to stay for exclusive event
  • 1:00 a.m. Private party concludes

We are excited to extend an invitation for exhibitors and special guests to purchase tickets for this exclusive experience. Tickets are $86 per person and can be added to your registration.
