Patrick Noonan (coordinator of LD 24) was asked why he advocates the single-payer WHST bill. "I accepted because this is the most important issue facing America that I can impact. My background in the business side of healthcare is well suited, and I believe that employers will become advocates when they understand the numbers." You can see Noonan's testimony at the HB1085 hearing by going to www.healthcareforallWA.org.
