hey also stimulate the immune and endocrine systems, thereby invigorating and nourishing the brain and organs.
During this workshop we will explore the fundamentals of an inversion practice, beginning with a flow sequence to strengthen the core, shoulders, arms and legs in preparation for balancing upside down.
In a playful and supportive environment, Christian will show you how to prepare yourself for the simple to the more challenging inverted asanas and how to start incorporating them confidently and safely into your own practice.
