Greetings!
I hope that you are making moments to really savor these long days of summer.
As I mentioned in last month's newsletter, I planned to spend this summer doing some creative projects (writing and crafts) and savoring beloved nature. I thought this would mean slowing down and doing less. But what I'm finding is that the combination of stimulating projects (including closing in on the draft of my current book project), hikes several times a week, and leisurely stints sitting in and observing the natural world are actually energizing me - allowing me to do more than I'd expected.
Part of this "doing more" is taking shape as new ideas for
TEALarbor stories offerings. In the next few months, you'll notice a new look for this newsletter. In the fall, there will be more online courses (some on-demand, some scheduled); new local courses (including a bookmaking class!), writing workshops ... and so much more.
I encourage you to create or renew your own relationship to the out of doors during this stretch of warmth and light (here in the northern hemisphere). In this spirit, I have reduced this month's newsletter to this one text box.
Please
mark your calendars now ...
