 "Oktoberfest Feast" at the Catalina Cooking Store!
When we think October, we think Oktoberfest and more specifically, Oktoberfest beer. So this month,
Chef Christine Brown, executive chef/owner of Torrance's acclaimed Restaurant Christine, is offering up a night of dishes all featuring our favorite hops & barley ingredient, beer. Join Christine here at the Store on Wednesday, October 22nd at 6:30pm for an evening of recipes suitable for your own Oktoberfest celebration. There'll be more beer (courtesy of Christine's brother James' establishment, The San Pedro Brewing Company,) along with wine, pre-class appetizers and plenty of sampling for all. What's more, everyone attending will get 10% all purchases the night of the class. These classes fill up fast and seats are limited, so be sure to reserve your place today! Bottoms up!
