Self Coaching - Creating a Plan:
1.Identify one or two examples where you put into practice new ideas from someone else in your team.
2.Think about how you present information to members of your team or organization. How is it presented?
3. How often does your team experiment with new practices? Do you have a formal process to evaluate these new processes or ideas?
4. During meetings or conversations, do you seek out dissenting views or information that might prove your assumptions incorrect?
5. Think about how often you seek to learn from experts outside of the organization? Customers and clients?
