'Tis the Season to Get Covered
 Open Enrollment for 2015 Marketplace coverage runs through February 15. Many more plans are offered now than were last year, so even if the Marketplace didn't work for you last year, check it out again. Also, enrollment in the NH Health Protection Program (a.k.a. Families First Labeled a 'High Performer'
Families First Health Center has been recognized by the National Committee on Quality Assurance as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, at the highest level, since 2011 and received renewed recognition under more rigorous standards this year. While preparing to apply for the renewal, Families First participated in a Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services Pilot Demonstration project. The Center labeled us one of the "high performers" among the 500 health centers participating in the project and sent a team to Families First to learn more so they could share our successful strategies with other health centers.
