REPORTING OUT
Clinical Work Group
North Country Health Consortium NCHC has contracted with Lucy Hodder of UNH Health Law and Policy for training on the legalities of sharing information with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. NHADACA is offering a 42 CFR training on June 16th. Go to nhadaca.org.

NCHC has contracted with Citizens Health Initiative to do a baseline assessment on the level of integration in practices, both medical and behavioral health. We must have an accurate baseline to clearly show progress so we can meet the milestones for the incentive payments

Work group members reviewed assessment tools that capture all required 10 domains. NCHC plans to develop a tool kit with protocols and workflows to aid organizations in creating the forms and documents they need. This will als o provide consistency.

Community Engagement Work Group
2 versions of the Elevator Speech were created, still in draft form

Region 7 IDN has many moving and sometimes confusing parts. We need to continue to inform all partners about the project and each other. Propose making short (2-3 min) videos that highlight what each organization does. Next step: start to informing the communities through brief, easy to understand "story-telling" articles in the paper.

Data Work Group
Data group and others were invited to view the CMT PreManage and Eccovia demonstration videos. Score cards were submitted.
Input to choice of HIT vendor- Your input is welcomed!
Documents to review for CMT PreManage:
Power point overview, Power point on Care Recommendations, links to view demonstrations and a sample clinic application document.
Documents to review for Eccovia:
Power point overview and document with links to view demonstration.
Provide your feedback to Drew at [email protected] by completing
a Score Card

Next step for state task force is Data Extraction/Validation. Most likely the vendors will be different and there will be a new scoring card.
