In our 20 minutes together we will dispense with the “fluff” and get “tough” with real meaningful planning using a couple of simple planning tools that can be mastered in future SBDC classes.

This overview will touch on key considerations regarding selecting the right type of entity for one’s small business. The majority of this time will deal with typical lease issues that usually are of interest to small business owners. This class is 20 minutes in duration, so only the key points will be addressed.
