Empowered Alumnae Presenters Wanted
SDT sisters are doing amazing things in their careers and lives. The Empowered Alumnae Speaker Series (EASS) is a wonderful way to connect with other alumnae on a variety of topics. We've been hosting webinars for a couple of years (many recordings can be found here). Topics include financial planning, life balance, goal setting, career guidance, entrepreneurship, fitness trends, and much more!

We're currently looking for more speakers to finish out our spring and fall webinar schedule. If you have a specific skill set or area of expertise that you would like to share with your fellow sisters, please email me at margauxmanleylima@gmail.com. If you have a referral, please share that as well!

If you would like to get involved or want more information on this program, please email Margaux Manley Lima at   margauxmanleylima@gmail.com
Chapter Spotlight
Chapter leaders are currently attending our Chapter Leader Days (CLD) training programs. CLD is a regional leadership conference for the entire chapter executive board. At this program, participants focus on developing leadership skills, establishing positive group dynamics and creating plans for chapter success. We are hosting nine programs this year!

  2. Communications and Marketing: focus on mission-driven branding and creating compelling multichannel (e.g., social, digital, print) messaging across our membership.
  3. Finance and Investments: assist in research, development and management of the Foundation as it relates to annual budgeting, financial review, and endowment policies.
If you  are interested in giving your time and talent as a volunteer for the Foundation please complete the following form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/G93D98M

Thank you for your consideration and support of the SDT Foundation.
Sigma Delta Tau is off to a quick start in 2018! We're so excited to bring CLDs to every chapter this year, allowing us to engage with over 650 leaders! We're also preparing for our National Convention, "Empowered Women Empower Women," which will be held in Cleveland, Ohio, June 21-24.

As today is Valentine's Day,  I encourage you to think of your fellow sisters and reach out with a special message, and share your #SDTlove stories on social media with @sdtsorority.

March will be an exciting month for SDT as we celebrate our Founders Day on March 25. It's our first year into our new century and we are so excited about what our future holds. Please join me on Monday, March 5, for International Badge Day, and wear your Torch badge. It's a wonderful way to connect with all sorority women around the globe. Watch for more information on Founders Day on our social media channels.

Fraternally,
