Sandra Roper's beautiful watercolor paintings represent Charleston's centuries-old architecture and captures the very essence of Southern living that makes Charleston's buildings so intriguing.  Her paintings of Southern workers chronicle the South's vanishing crafts and trades, including the Gullah basket weavers, oyster shuckers, shrimpers and local fisherman.
