G.I.R.L.s from Troop 10838, Troop 10789, Troop 10963 and Troop 10893 really had quite the summer adventure. Their Cookie Season proceeds fueled this trip. The troops' destination was Tennessee with several exciting stops along the way. The first one was in White Springs, FL where the 2nd Girl Scout troop was formed in 1912. From staying in yurts in Georgia to staying at Girl Scout Camp Tanasi (Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians), while exploring Knoxville, and rafting in the Great Smoky Mountains, these are just a few samples of the awesome travel experiences they had.

Taking action to learn more about the effects of trash in our oceans and beaches, these 25 G.I.R.L.s and their families teamed up with Sea Angels for an informational program followed by a GREEN clean-up at Ocean Inlet Park in  Boynton Beach. They upcycled and recycled the trash that was collected.
