Heading Home is an inspirational story of courage, faith, and unconditional love between a father and son. Matthew's story takes an intimate look at his personal journey through learning of his son Matty's diagnosis with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. It is a story of miracles and miraculous experiences and people who changed lives.

    The story is not just another tearjerker; however, it will make you look at life in a completely different light. Matthew takes an introspective look into his beliefs that were once based on blind faith and replaced by irrefutable evidence of a power greater than him.  Matthew's journey focuses on spiritual principals that can be applied to any of life's situations.

     Matthew felt a need to share his experience on dealing with his loss and grief over the death of his son Matty. His mission is to bring hope and comfort to those daunted by the task of caring for a terminally ill loved one. He wrote this for people that suffer from loss, grief and those that watch Crossing Over on demand.

    Being delayed numerous times, (brain tumor surgery was his latest excuse, no really!), Heading Home is finally finished!
