KIDS BENEFIT FROM PLAYING OUTSIDE
Here's just a few real reasons why outdoor play is a must
for all youth:
- Teaches kids how to solve real-life problems.
- Best dose of Vitamin D is from the sun. Vitamin D helps promote better moods, energy levels, memory and overall health.
- Provides children with exercise in a fun way.
- Outdoor physical activity can help reduce stress with kids who have extremely busy schedules.
- Increases imagination. Today's age of technology, children are provided images for everything. The outdoors is the perfect setting to build their imagination.
With school coming to a close, children have more time to increase outdoor play. For ideas and FREE outdoor adventures and activities, pick-up the PlayHere Guide at any County Park.
