Spirit Day
Thursday, Oct. 20

Spirit Day- a day created by GLAAD (formerly the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) to end bullying against LGBTQ youth. We are asking that people across campus wear purple Thursday, Oct. 20 to show your support.
  • Take a picture in your purple, post it, and use the hashtag #UNCGSpiritDay2016
  • Follow @UNCG_OIE on Twitter and Instagram, and tag us in your pictures
  • "Like" UNCG Office Intercultural Engagement on Facebook, and tag us in  your pictures and status updates regarding Spirit Day
  • Spread the word to fellow faculty, staff and students about Spirit Day and encourage them to also wear purple on Thursday
  • Take the GLAAD's Spirit Day commitment to stand against bullying and for LGBTQ youth by signing the pledge at glad.org/spiritday

FIFA 16 Xbox Tournament

The Intramural Sports Xbox tournament series continues with the FIFA 16 Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 29. The event will consist of one-on-one matches. Participants are free to select their favorite teams. Register for free on-line HERE
