Lisa will discuss her short story collection, SOMETHING'S LOST AND MUST BE FOUND and her
 biography of Captain Will Judy, the man who founded National Dog Week at Booktowne.
Often referred to as the ultimate dog-enthusiast, Judy published Dog World Magazine for 36 six years, declaring the last full week of each September a time to officially honor the canines of the nation in times of war and peace.
For the past two years, the Lisa has recognized Judy through her blog site dedicated to his writings and work. With over 140 posts, she has become increasingly aware of the myriad of issues affecting dogs; spay and neuter initiatives, Breed Specific Legislation and shelter reform among them. Her weekly informative posts present knowledgeable and thought-provoking individuals throughout the industry.
