Yin Yoga with Jo

A 2 hour guided Yin workshop to free your fascia and release deep tension in the whole body from your feet to your calves, hamstrings, hips, shoulders, back and neck.

This workshop is a perfect complement to release the toxins and tension built up over the festive period and to complement your power yoga practice and all sporting activities.

We will use tennis balls and long, slow Yin poses to work deep into your myofascia, promoting flexibility and freedom from both tension and thoughts. Yin yoga is slow, healing, nourishing and works on the physical, energetic & emotional layers of the body, leaving you calm and deeply relaxed.  Beginners welcome.
