Strawberry Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips


  In honor of  Valentine's Day  try this  nutrient rich holiday twist on salsa! Red fruits like strawberries, raspberries and apples are loaded with powerful, healthy antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Strawberries rank among the top 10 fruits in antioxidant power and offer a wide range of health benefits, including boosting the immune system. Try using w hole wheat, spelt or corn tortillas to keep kids belly's full.  Strawberries are sweet enough so leave out the added sugar & just sprinkle tortilla chips with cinnamon!
