Governor Malloy of Connecticut has asked states around the nations to join his state in observing a moment of silence at 9:30 am on Friday in memory of those killed last week in Newtown.
Trinity Episcopal Church in Easton will toll our bells at that time in prayer and in loving memory of those killed last week.
The National Council of Churches in Christ reports that over 1500 churches around the nation will participate.
We will gather in the Church Yard at 9:25 and observe a time of silence while the bells toll and then end with prayer.
