This season, we're giving you even more time to experience the largest Georgia O'Keeffe retrospective ever in the South (and the first in a decade!)

Each Thursday, Reynolda House Museum of American Art will be open until 8 p.m. each Thursday evening during exhibitions. Secure your tickets to  #OKeeffeModern  today.

Screening: Georgia O'Keeffe: Living Modern Lecture by Wanda Corn

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 5
BEGINS AT 6 P.M., VIDEO WILL LOOP UNTIL 8 P.M.
FREE WITH MUSEUM ADMISSION
Sold out in just days, Corn's recorded lecture will be shown the first Thursday this October and November to give viewers another chance to hear from the exhibition's curator. The video lasts approximately 45 minutes and will run on a loop in our auditorium—drop in!

The next screening will take place November 2.
Object of the Month: Nancy Susan Reynolds's Evening Gown with Bolero Jacket
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4

Alice Barsony, theatre collections manager in the department of theatre and dance at Wake Forest University, will discuss Nancy Susan Reynolds's modern style with this evening gown made in 1955 by Hattie Carnegie of New York.
 
This series on the first Wednesday of the month features Reynolda House curators, educators, and guests sharing a one-hour, in-depth look at one object—painting, print, sculpture, photograph, or decorative art object.

We're ringing in our centennial in a big way! Over the next several days as you visit Reynolda, you'll notice work is already underway for our Centennial Ball, taking place on Reynolda's front lawn. We'll be welcoming more than 600 friends of the Museum, special guests, and descendants of the Reynolds family. This milestone event will provide essential funding for Reynolda House as we embark on our second century.

ADMISSION IS FREE; REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Join us for storytime on the Lake Porch in the historic house! In this program for pre-readers, we will read children’s books and lead children in activities that relate to the selected stories. For the safety of our visitors and our works of art, strollers are not permitted in the historic house. Front carriers are encouraged. 

For ages 2–5, accompanied by an adult; younger siblings welcome.

In partnership with the Forsyth County Library, Reynolda House is proud to offer a new pass that grants free Museum admission to two adults. These passes are available at Forsyth County Library branches and may be checked out with a valid library card for 7 days at a time.
