Single Effect Rising Film Evaporator, rated for approximately 300 pounds per hour of evaporation, all stainless steel contact parts. Approximately 60 square feet steam chest. Capacity rated for 90 containers per minute, depending on container size and product. Unit includes 144" long by 3-1/2" wide tabletop chain conveyor with guide rails and variable speed drive. Features bottom-up fill design, auxiliary agitation, and FMC Syntron vibratory product settler. Liquid filling component includes (4) nozzles each measuring 3/8" diameter, 1/-1/2" center line.

Fitzpatrick Model DASO6 Stainless Steel Hammer Mill. Mill is equipped with a 28" long x 20" wide x 4" deep feed pan, 6" wide x 4" high feed throat, 11" long x 6" wide blade chamber and (16) fixed knife/impact blades driven by 7.5 HP explosion-proof motor.
