LA SANTA CECILIA SE PREPARA PARA IMPORTANTES PRESENTACIONES INCLUYENDO HISTÓRICOS TRIBUTOS MUSICALES Y CEREMONIAS DE PREMIACIÓN  
La Renombrada Banda Angelina Recientemente Ganó Un Premio Lunas del Auditorio En México Y Actualmente Se Encuentra Nominada A ‘Mejor Video Musical Versión Larga’ En La 19a Entrega Anual Del Latin GRAMMY.

Los Ángeles, CA. (Noviembre 14, 2018).   La Santa Cecilia , la banda angelina ganadora del GRAMMY , continua acaparando la atención de la industria y se prepara para una serie de importantes presentaciones como parte de históricos tributos musicales y ceremonias de premiación que tomarán lugar este mes.  

Además de estar nominados por ‘Mejor Video Musical Versión Larga’ en la 19ª Entrega Anual del Latin GRAMMY, la exitosa agrupación México-Americana también será parte de uno de los momentos más esperados de la semana. Representando a La Santa Cecilia, su vocalista, La Marisoul, participará hoy en un inolvidable tributo a MANÁ, donde los legendarios rockeros mexicanos recibirán el reconocimiento Persona del Año.
La Santa Cecilia se encuentra nominada a un Latin GRAMMY este año por el documental basado en el proceso creativo detrás de su aclamado álbum ‘Amar y Vivir’, por el cual fueron nominados a un GRAMMY este 2018 en la categoría de ‘Mejor Álbum de Pop Latino’. La entrega del Latin GRAMMY se llevará a cabo este Jueves, 15 de noviembre en el MGM Grand Garden Arena en Las Vegas y será transmitida por Univision. 

El miércoles pasado, La Marisoul también representó a La Santa Cecilia en otro evento musical de renombre en Los Ángeles. Como parte del tributo J ONI 75: A Birthday Celebration Live at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, la cantante de la banda se presentó junto al grupo México-Americano Los Lobos para rendir homenaje a la icónica cantautora canadiense Joni Mitchell . Aclamados artistas como Norah Jones y Seal también formaron parte de un programa lleno de grandes estrellas.

La Santa Cecilia comenzó el mes de noviembre con el pie derecho en la Ciudad de México, donde fueron galardonados con el Premio Lunas del Auditorio en la categoría de ‘ World Music’ . Los angelinos dedicaron el reconocimiento a sus hijos y a sus padres quienes emigraron a Estados Unidos para darles una mejor vida. “Nacimos en los Estados Unidos y crecimos allá, pero nuestros padres siempre nos inculcaron la música, la tradición, el amor por nuestra música mexicana y latinoamericana, nuestro idioma y eso es lo que nosotros siempre llevamos en el corazón, en nuestra música y en el alma”, dijo La Marisoul en el escenario del Auditorio Nacional.
También esta noche, La Santa Cecilia será parte de la fiesta anual y evento caritativo de BMI y Rebeleon conocido como ‘Los Producers’ a realizarse en Las Vegas, Nevada. La celebración es uno de los eventos más exclusivos de camino al Latin GRAMMY puesto que atrae a muchos de los nombres más importantes de la música latina. El festejo de este año incluirá presentaciones de Beto Cuevas, Noel Schajris, Beatriz Luengo, Pedro Capó, y muchos más.

Para cerrar un mes bastante ocupado, La Santa Cecilia también tiene programado presentarse en la 12va edición del Festival Internacional La NAO en Acapulco, México. El festival de ocho días tomará lugar del 10 al 17 de noviembre y mezcla presentaciones musicales con el teatro y otras actividades culturales. La banda compartirá su incomparable música con el público del festival el 17 de noviembre.

LA SANTA CECILIA GEARS UP FOR IMPORTANT APPEARANCES INCLUDING HISTORIC MUSICAL TRIBUTES AND AWARDS CEREMONIES 
The Renowned LA-Based Band Recently Won A Lunas Del Auditorio Award In Mexico and is Currently Nominated For ‘Best Long Form Music Video’ At The 19 th Annual Latin GRAMMYs

Los Angeles, CA. (November 14, 2018).   La Santa Cecilia , the GRAMMY-winning band from Los Angeles, continues to be in the music industry’s spotlight and is gearing up for a series of important appearances as part of historic musical tributes and awards ceremony taking place this month.

In addition to being nominated for ‘Best Long Form Music Video’ at the 19 th Annual Latin GRAMMYs, the successful Mexican-American act will also be part of one of the night’s most anticipated moments. Representing La Santa Cecilia, vocalist La Marisoul, will participate today in an unforgettable tribute to Latin Rock’s biggest band, MANÁ. The legendary Mexican rockers will receive the Person of the Year Award, and La Marisoul will be one of the artists joining in the celebration on stage.
La Santa Cecilia’s current nomination at the Latin GRAMMYs is for the documentary based on their album ‘Amar y Vivir,’ for which they were nominated at last year GRAMMY’s in the ‘Best Latin Pop Album’ category. The Latin GRAMMYs will take place this Thursday, November 15 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will be broadcast live on Univision.

This past Wednesday, La Marisoul also represented La Santa Cecilia at another major event in Los Angeles. As part of the JONI 75: A Birthday Celebration Live at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion , the band’s singer performed with Mexican-American group Los Lobos to honor the life of iconic Canadian singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell. Acclaimed artists such as Norah Jones and Seal were also part of the star-studded program.

La Santa Cecilia started November with right foot in Mexico City, where they earned a Lunas del Auditorio Award in the ‘World Music’ category. The Angelinos dedicated the accolade to their children and to their immigrant parents. “We were born in the United States and we were raised there, but our parents always instill in us music, tradition, and love for our Mexican and Latin American music, and our language; and that’s what we always carry in our hears, in our music and in our soul”, said La Marisoul on stage at the iconic Auditorio Nacional. 
Also tonight, La Santa Cecilia will be part of BMI and Rebeleon’s annual party and charity event known as ‘Los Producers’ to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The celebration is one of the most coveted events leading up to the Latin GRAMMYs since it attracts some of the biggest names in Latin music. This year’s gathering will include performances by Beto Cuevas, Noel Schajris, Beatriz Luengo, Pedro Capó, and many others.

Rounding up a busy month for the musicians, La Santa Cecilia is also scheduled to perform at the 12 th edition of La NAO International Festival in Acapulco, Mexico. The eight-day festival runs November 10-17 and mixes musical acts with theater and other cultural activities. The band will share their unique music with the festival’s audience on November 17.
