#iGiveCatholic on Giving Tuesday
Starts at Midnight Tonight!

Giving Tuesdaybegan as an alternative to the consumerism surrounding the holidays and offers people a way to give to their favorite causes in one 24-hour campaign. #iGiveCatholic  is a  Catholic  alternative to Giving Tuesday, where you can proudly support Catholic non-profits in our community. The campaign began last year in the Archdiocese of New Orleans, and this year the Diocese of Austin is one of four other dioceses chosen to participate as #iGiveCatholic spreads across the nation.

St. Austin Catholic Parish and School chose to participate in #iGiveCatholic together this year for a common cause. Currently our entire campus has ONE automated external defibrillator (AED) located in the gym, and this is hardly sufficient for our size and population.

Through #iGiveCatholic St. Austin Catholic Parish and School are working to raise $9,000 to purchase and install 6 new AEDs on our campus and train key staff and volunteers on CPR and AED use.

You can schedule your tax-deductible donation tonight or participate on Tuesday. Please also encourage your friends and family to do the same by forwarding this email and sharing our Facebook posts on Tuesday. Anyone, anywhere can donate to support this project!

Thank you!
