The mid 1990s saw a changing of the guard in Formula 1. In 1993, the great Alain Prost returned from his 1992 sabbatical to claim his fourth and final World Championship - then retired. After the death of Ayrton Senna early in the 1994 season, a new Champion took center stage. Michael Schumacher dominated the 1994 season, winning 8 of 16 races in the Benetton B194 Ford, then repeated as World Champion in 1995, winning 9 of 17 Grands Prix driving the Renault powered Benetton B195.
