Race Day is not the day to wear new running shoes, brand new gear, or to try new healthy foods. Avoid blisters, chafing, and an upset stomach by sticking to a comfortable routine prior to the race. Wear your race gear and any pace/time devices while you train to ensure that everything works properly and is comfortable.
