PhotoClick reagents are clickable, photoreactive probes for use in combination with quantitative mass spectrometry to globally map lipid-protein interactions directly in living cells. In addition to the UV-activatable cross-linking diazirine group that reacts with proteins, the lipid molecules contain an alkyne group for incorporation of reporter and affinity tags through click-chemistry.

Regadenoson (Lexiscan) is an A2A adenosine receptor agonist used as a coronary vasodilator in pharmacologic stress testing. Recently, it has been demonstrated that regadenoson can temporarily disrupt the integrity of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) by inhibiting P-glycoprotein function.
