150th Remembrance Program

Join Us May-19,one hundred and fifty years later to the day!
Central Virginia Battlefields Trust will remember the men who fought at Harris Farm in 1864 with a short program. This was the last significant fighting in Spotsylvania County. The Overland Campaign moved south soon after this concluding engagement of the Battle of Spotsylvania Court House. Historians Frank O'Reilly and Robert K. Krick will discuss the events of that day and the role Harris Farm played in the modern preservation movement.

The program is scheduled for 7 - 7:30 p.m. on the CVBT owned site at 9906 S. Harris Farm Road within Bloomsbury subdivision off Rt. 208. Road shoulder parking is available but please remember not to block our neighbors' driveways.

This program is not affiliated with the National Park Service and will occur after the final 150th program offered by Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania NMP.
