1UP Youth Football Camp
Cost: $250

Session I- (June 20-24th) and/or 
Session II- (July 18-22nd)
Ages 7-9 (4:00-5:30pm)    Ages 10-11 (6:30-8:00pm)

* Optional Speed/Strength Training 5:30-6:30pm
* Campers attending Both camps receive FREE          Speed/Strength Training!  
This is a 5 day camp-90 min session of Football Position Skills & Drills (Offense, Defense and Special Teams). Camp led by former USC Coach Tim Prukop and Coach Greg Cooper!

1UP Lacrosse Skills/Agility
Cost: $25/session

(Ages: 10-13) 

This is a 4 day camp- 1.5 hour session of Lacrosse Skills & Drills and agility movement for Lacrosse players with 2 years or more experience. Camp led by Nick Carroll, who currently trains local high school Lacrosse teams at 1UP.

1UP Volleyball/Basketball Strength & Conditioning Summer Program

Cost: 10 Sessions-$250 
$450 for Summer Unlimited Training
June 5th-Aug 18th
Mon/Wed/Fri- 1:00-2:00pm

This is a Co-ed summer program for serious VB & BB athletes! Our Plyometric drills, multidirectional movement and strength & agility training will increase your athlete's vertIcal 2"-3"and improve explosive movements on the court.  Before and After Assessments are taken!

1UP Middle School Football Camp

Our 5 day camp will be led by Former USC/NFL Europe Coach Tim Prukop and Coach Greg Cooper.

Cost: $250 
August-14th-18th  (8:30am-10:00am)

* Optional 2 hour Speed/Strength                 Training- $10 0  (66% off!!!)
  Mon thru Friday 10:00am-12:00pm

Cost: $25/session
10 Sessions- $250/ $450 Unlimited
High School- MWF- 1:00-2:00pm
Elementary- Tues/Thurs 630-7:30pm
Middle School- M/W 5:30, T/Th 1:00 & 
Sat 10:30-11:30am for Elem & Middle

* Quick footwork & Agility Drills

Middle MWF 2:00-3:00pm &  Sat 9:30-10:30am
