Endurance Boot Camp is an outdoor action packed class! You will perform a wide variety of exercises and movements all designed to get you in kickass condition! This program is great for someone who just wants to get in better shape or an athlete looking to improve core skills. Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels as well as shapes and sizes of people. Results are will not only be measured and documented but also guaranteed!
