Providing the community with fresh, local produce

When Tracie (Smith) Loock started her CSA (community supported agriculture) operation on her father's farm, she never imagined the long journey ahead as she tried to find her own land.
"That spring my father told me this would be the last year I could farm on his land," recalled Tracie. "But I hadn't found any suitable land that was affordable with the modest farm income I was making."

Then, after years of searching, Tracie met David Green and Matt Buonomano...

Thanks to growing community support, we are able to put staff in the field as hike leaders and offer these programs to you free of charge. Together, we are connecting more people to nature and celebrating the wonders of farms, forests, water and wildlife.

If you like that, you might also like becoming a monthly donor this spring. It's easy, and can have a big impact with as little as $10 per month.

With gratitude,
Ryan Owens
