Wacky weather has a way of taking over outdoor events. After three decades of facing the forces of Mother Nature, Venture Up leaders, with our passionate  clients, inspired a growing list of indoor team building activities to energize teams.

The Artrageous Murals program includes blank canvasses and all paint supplies for colleagues to get in the creative mode. Endo Pharmaceuticals had staff designers draw the outlines of the collage mural below, a successful effort to promote a new product at the annual sales meeting.

YOUNG ACHIEVER:   Cellist, Swimmer, Mountaineer, Whitewater Rafter at age 16

At age 16, honor student Anna Christopher was climbing glaciers in Chamonix, France and whitewater rafting in the Alps, adding to a long list of accomplishments before she even enters college. Also an active volunteer in community service and fundraising, Anna is learning Chinese and Spanish. She is an accomplished cellist and competes on the Hermitage Country Club Swim Team. In June, Anna, now 18, graduates from The Collegiate School in Richmond. She is leaning towards a career in in human services and writing when she enters university this fall.
