Dear Greetings!,

From Guests to Hosts: How Can We Enable the Integration of Latino Catholics into our Parish Conferences?

Dr. Patricia C. Repikoff, D. Min, M. Div., Coordinator of Hispanic Ministries for the Eastside (Seattle Archdiocese), has been a lay ecclesial minister for 39 years. Using imagery and processes from the Archdiocese of Seattle's Pastoral Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministry, she will help participants in this workshop to learn how they can integrate the gifts of our bilingual Latino parishioners into the leadership and ministry of their Conferences. Dr. Repikoff served for 17 years as the Pastoral Life Director of two different Seattle parishes, and has served in bilingual, bi-cultural and inner-city parishes in the Northwest and Southwest.

Things To See and Do in Seattle

The Jimmy Hendrix Museum, a ferry ride to a faraway island, a tour of the Gates Foundation Campus, lunch on a boat, the Duck City Tour, Pike Place Market, or take your shoes off and walk the beach in West Seattle.  All of these wonderful ideas can be part of your schedule for the 2012 National Assembly In Seattle.

Last year The New York Times and National Geographic named the San Juan Islands, about 1.5 hours north of Seattle, one of the "best places in the world to visit." People from every state in the country and countries around the world have visited the San Juan Islands.

Participate in Hope in Hard Times workshops and have fun in your free time! Don't miss this meeting. You will love our city, and we look forward to seeing you!
