12:00-1:00 Spine Correctors Outdoors Forest
This is the easiest of Joe's inventions, no springs or moving parts, can open your back forward, backwards, sideways, open your chest, strengthen your stomach and back, reverse those round shoulders and backs! Great inversions, anti-gravity, reversal of blood flow and a good way to get the oxygen into your cells.

As the nude model in the Toe-sox ads, Carrie Macy knows a lot about building strength to hold poses easier for a long time and look good. Choose different exercises different places to get that extension and support.

2:00-4:00 Trap Table with Jay Grimes Huntress
Review specific exercises, like hanging straps for heavier people, the
standing one-legged springs, exercises outside of the apparatus, and other lesser known choices.
4:30-5:30 Circus Influence in the Studio with Vil Huntress
The equipment was patented as "gymnastic apparatus" by Joe, who was an acrobat in the circus. Practice preparations for the Handstands, Pike, Pike to Handstand, Horseback.
Olympia Ballroom
Russian acrobats will demonstrate the Handstand transfer to Horizon, Negative Split,s, Side Flag, Front and Back Blansch, using Cadillac as parallel bars.
