Here are a few more of this month's New Product Announcements from the major model companies:
CMC
A Selection of stunning new high-detail miniatures in 1/18 and 1/12 scale have been announced by CMC Exclusive Modelle, including the Bugatti 57 SC Corsica (M-129) pictured above and the Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B driven by Sommer and Biondetti at LeMans in 1938 (M-111). CMC's 2014 lineup also includes new versions of previously released models such as their Maserati Tipo 61 'Birdcage' and Mercedes-Benz W196R Streamliner. They also plan to release several more of their smaller engine and chassis pieces and new production runs of old favorites like the Mercedes-Benz Racing Car Transporter (M-036) and the Gurney/Moss Nurburgring winning Camoradi Birdcage Maserati (M-047).
 
The crown jewel in CMC's 2014 Collection will be a 1/12 scale replica of Bernd Rosemeyer's 1937 Donington Grand Prix winning Auto Union Type C. Call us for special advance order pricing.

Schuco
As an encore to their excellent 1/18 scale 1959 World Championship winning Cooper T-51, Schuco plans to release the car used by Sir Jack Brabham to capture his second consecutive World Championship in 1960, the Cooper T-53. You can check out our list of 1/18 scale Schuco offerings HERE. 
 
TMC Model 
We brought you TMC's 2014 program back in December, but since there are some outstanding new offerings on their schedule, we thought we'd link to it once again in case you missed it during the Christmas rush. The highlights include 1/12 scale Porsche 917Ks in 1970 Daytona and LeMans winning liveries. They also plan on producing some classic Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost driven McLaren Grand Prix cars in 1/18 scale and a brace of L&M Porsche 917 Can Am cars in 1/43.

MINICHAMPS
The 2014 Minichamps New Product Announcements arrived earlier this afternoon. There are two separate lists, one for metal diecast models, the other for resin. Advance orders accepted on the entire collection.


AUTOMODELLO
We've seen an early sample of Automodello's forthcoming 1/12 scale Jim Clark Lotus 49 and it is impressive. The sample has been inspected by Clive Chapman of Classic Team Lotus and Automodello is in the process of making improvements and corrections based upon Colin's suggestions and his father's archives. SPARK MODEL 
In case you missed it, we uploaded a pdf file of Spark Model's 2014 Catalog to our website along with more than 150 of their new 1/43 and 1/18 scale offerings earlier this week. Response to the 1/18 scale Lowenbrau Porsche 962 has been extremely positive to say the least. It will probably be the most popular 1/18 scale model of the year. 

I know how frustrating it is to wait 1-2-3 years from announcement to delivery but we urge you to place advance orders for the models you want. Because of the way the model business operates, sometimes there are shortages of 'hot' models and the earlier we get our orders in to the manufacturers, the better chance you have of getting that important model for your collection. There are many other factors involved, and through personal conversations with our friends and customers over the years, I think most of you have a pretty good idea of what I'm talking about.

I'm excited about all the great stuff coming our way this year, and I hope you are as enthusiastic as we are.
