Quick LotFotL!
Below are the highlights that we would like to make sure our members know about on the farm.
Bridge Share Delivery dates: Your delivery on the 26th will be the last of the spring deliveries. Remember to mark you calendars so that you remember to pick up your December 1st storage box.
No Delivery June 2nd. We take a break for 1 week between bridge shares and regular CSA.
Your share will be delivered in a bag:
Bridge shares will arrive already bagged. Please take 1 bag from the bin.
Reminder to everyone there is no delivery June 2nd. We take this week between the season extension and regular season to get ourselves organized and ready for our full membership, let the fields catch up and prepare for larger harvests, and give April time to head off to the Midwest Women's Herbal Conference. Please make sure to eat, even though we aren't delivering.
popcorn
LotFotL popcorn is one of our favorite
things to give out. It is so special to us, and we believe some of the best tasting you will ever have. We grew a fat creamy white colored kernel called Pennsylvania Dutch Butter and a delicious crunchy black kernel called Dakota Black. Here is a simple
recipe for cooking yummy popcorn in a pot, that includes a little honey flavor twist.
