Prize Vault "Fill-A-Sheet" Drawings
Bring copies of your Scouts' filled order sheets to Popcorn pick-up to enter them in the first Prize Vault drawing!

New for 2016!
Scouts who fill an order sheet will have the opportunity to submit their order form(s) to be entered into two "Prize Vault" drawings, one at the mid-point of the fundraiser and one at the end.

For each drawing, 10 lucky Scouts will be randomly selected to attend a pizza party in their honor and choose a prize worth approximately $100!

Deadlines for entries: September 27 and November 5.
Prize Vault Pizza Parties will occur in October and December; availability of winners will help determine the exact dates of the parties.
  • Scouts get one entry per filled order sheet per drawing
  • Submit filled sheets (with Scout's full name, unit type (pack/troop) and unit number) in one of the following ways:
    • Scan and email to [email protected] (include subject as Prize Vault)
    • Fax with cover sheet to 610-688-2951
    • Bring copies (keep originals!) to the corresponding product pick-up days
Product Transfers
After Order #2 is distributed, more than $700,000 worth of popcorn will be out in the field! We want to make sure that product is sold and benefits your local Scouting programs.

If you find that you have excess popcorn or are in need of product, please use the Facebook group, contact your local district kernel or professional, or email [email protected] to coordinate transfers. See colbsa.org/popcorn for information about the Facebook group.

Please don't wait for Re-Balance Day on October 22 if you've got large quantities of unsold popcorn!

Please don't forget that all transfers must have a Product Transfer Form completed and submit to your district professional or the Firestone Scouting Resource Center to ensure that your unit invoice will reflect the change. The Cradle of Liberty Council cannot adjust your unit invoice if the proper paperwork is not submitted for any and all transfers. Additionally, we cannot recognize transfers to/from units outside of the Cradle of Liberty Council. Thanks!
