2016 Highlights
From the George Washington University Regulatory Studies Center
2016 was a great year for the GW Regulatory Studies Center.
In addition to expanding our team and network of scholars, we hosted events with renowned guests and our scholars presented at conferences all over the world. Our research appeared in academic journals and was featured in top media outlets.

For more on what we've been up to in 2016, see the highlights below.

Our scholars continued to be recognized as expert commentators on regulation by major international media outlets. In addition, GW Regulatory Studies Center Director Susan Dudley became a recurring  contributor for Forbes Opinion.

Our research on midnight regulations, the Congressional Review Act, regulatory process reforms and more has aided policymakers during both the Presidential Transition and Congressional changeover.
