JUDGES NEEDED FOR CDC!
Please share this link with your MCEC judges!

Over 500 business professionals are needed to judge and evaluate over 2,500 high school students from across the state.  All volunteer judges will be provided with either breakfast or food appropriate for the time of day and a gift of appreciation. Confirmation letters and detailed instructions will be distributed to all volunteer judges prior to the conference.

FEBRUARY 7 IS A BIG DAY.....A BIG, BIG DAY!

As reflected on the NC-DECA calendar , February 7 is the deadline for scholarship applications, officer candidate applications and written events.  Do not miss out on these opportunities for your students.  The links to the scholarship & officer applications are below; as well as a link to the Written Event Statement of Assurances & Academic Integrity.



Contribute to the DECA Foundation & the 
Sonya Williams Dismuke Scholarship programs

The DECA Foundation allows your chapte r to choose a level of contribution. Please send an e- mail by February 2nd  to kimhall@ncdeca.org indicating your contribution level.  Please submit a separate check for that amount  with your registration payment.
$100 contributions  are recognized with a bronze-level pl aque
$200 contributions with a silver-level plaque
$300 contributions with a gold-level support plaque.

Many chapters have mourned the loss of a fellow DECA memb er, a friend, or teacher who touched their lives as Sonya  touched ours. Searching for a way to make their memories li ve on, we have established the Sonya Williams Dismuke  Scholarship.   Please send an e-mail by  February 2nd  to kimhall@ncdeca.org indicating your contribution  amount. Please submit a separate check for that amount wit h your registration payment.
