The Home Upgrade brochure has been revised to include program updates effective January 1, 2017.

Are you looking for resources to help support your efforts with Home Upgrade? Contractor Co-op could be a great fit for your business. 
 
This program supports Home Upgrade Participating Contractors by reimbursing 50% of qualifying program costs up to $10,000. 
 
In this webinar, we will cover: 
  • Who is eligible, and how to get started with Co-op. 
  • Eligible purchases and example projects. 
  • How to submit projects and utilize funds. 
Energy Champions is Ending
The Energy Champions program, which provides referral bonuses to local community organizations that share information about Energy Upgrade California® Home Upgrade, is ending.
 
Please advise your customers that the last day to fill out a Homeowner Interest Form and reserve referral funds for an Energy Champion is Tuesday, January 31, 2017. The final date to submit an Energy Champions Completion Form to support one of the Energy Champion organizations is Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Please note only projects that have submitted a Homeowner Interest Form by January 31, 2017 will be able to submit an Energy Champion Completion Form. 
Upgrade Coupons is Ending
The   Upgrade Coupons program for qualifying Advanced Home Upgrade projects is ending. Customers will no longer receive $200 in addition to the rebate and incentive from SCE and/or SoCalGas┬«. 

If your customers have an Upgrade Coupon that expires in 2017, they will be able to redeem it by the expiration date. The final date to redeem Upgrade Coupons is Wednesday, March 15, 2017.

This statewide program is managed locally by utilities and regional energy networks and directed by the California Public Utilities Commission in collaboration with the California Energy Commission. Funding comes from utility customers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. Incentives are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are effective until funding is expended or the program is discontinued.
